The course coordinator will send your final grade to the Masterlanguage office. The grade is then forwarded to the university where you are enrolled (your ‘home’ university). Your home university subsequently processes the grade in your academic record.
Please note that this process may take approximately three weeks.
If your grade has not yet been processed after this period, please contact your home university to inquire why the received grade has not yet been entered. Masterlanguage has no insight into the internal processing of grades at the participating universities.
Should it turn out that your home university needs to receive the grade again, please contact us via masterlanguage@uu.nl.
